About Caroline Tyler

I still remember the incredible sense of excitement and freedom that I felt on that first day of my own Reiki One course. It was a lightbulb moment! I was responsible for my own health, emotional wellbeing and the life I was leading. That sounds so simple (and possibly a little daunting), but actually how many of us genuinely believe, and live that life? I wanted to share this! I wanted to help others make a difference to their own lives.

My first taste of Reiki came after a recommendation from my friend Kate. She said she couldn’t explain how it worked or what the Reiki Practitioner did, just that it left her feeling amazing! So, I tried for myself and loved it.

I studied under Reiki Teacher David Marshall and have completed Reiki levels 1 & 2, the Reiki Practitioner, Reiki Master and Advanced Reiki courses. It was then my incredible honour to be asked by David to take over teaching those introductory courses at the Natural Reiki School, and ultimately in 2009, ownership of it. The venue may have changed, but the natural, accessible and fun approach to learning Reiki remains.

On a personal note, I am married and mum to 3 wonderful children. In my spare time I indulge my creative side with a bit of ‘colouring in’ and exhibit my artwork. I also help care for 2 horses that I share with a group of friends. My own spiritual development is of course an ongoing process. I regularly see David and am currently attending a personal development course with him.
